Learning language, especially English is a hard task which can be frustrating sometimes. Integrating games into learning will highly motivate the students where they can employ meaningful and useful language in real context.

With this in mind, the English Department of Chung Ching Middle School, Seria, organised a mini Treasure Hunt for its Lower Secondary students. Instead of looking for treasures, the students ran from station to station solving riddles, crossword puzzles, running dictation, composing paragraphs with scrambled sentences and searching for words underneath plates of flour. The students not only enjoyed the games but also learnt English in a fun way.
